A Japanese ramen restaurant group operating four locations in Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Floor Manager to join its growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity created by the opening of a new location and continued business expansion. The position offers employee meals and relocation support for candidates moving from out of state.

Job Summary
The Assistant Floor Manager will be responsible for supporting overall restaurant operations, with a primary focus on front-of-house duties such as customer service, cashier operations, staff training, and shift management.
Upon joining the company, the selected candidate will first learn the restaurant’s operations by gaining hands-on experience in various roles, including server, cashier, and kitchen support. After becoming familiar with the full operation, responsibilities will be assigned based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and career goals, including store operations and staff management.
Responsibilities
・Provide excellent customer service and guest support
・Handle cashier duties and POS operations
・Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
・Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
・Train and onboard new staff members
・Create staff schedules and manage attendance
・Support sales management and daily reporting
・Assist with opening and closing procedures
・Manage inventory and supplies
・Support the Store Manager with daily operations
・Oversee restaurant operations in the Store Manager’s absence
・Assist with kitchen operations as needed
・Perform other duties related to restaurant operations
Requirements
・Japanese-English bilingual skills
・Ability to communicate with customers and staff in English
・Strong leadership skills and interest in staff training
・Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
・Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
・Team-oriented attitude
・Valid work authorization in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience working in a restaurant
・Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other service-related industries
・Experience as a leader, supervisor, or manager
・Experience working in a Japanese restaurant
