<Job Description>
- Provide high quality customer service via email, phone, and in-person with clients before and after the arrival of merchandise.
- Prepare documentation regarding client needs, invoices, inventory, and schedules
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading for both air and ocean shipments
- Booking air and ocean freight and truck shipments
- Picking and packing in the warehouse

- Data entry
- Unloading and loading trucks
- Picking and packing goods
- Sorting goods in the warehouse
- Sorting merchandise in the warehouse.

<Requirements>
- Basic typing skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
