Outside Sales | Japanese Food Company

A Japanese food wholesale company in El Monte, California is looking for an Outside Sales Position.

<Job Description>

•　Visit customers and potential customers’ stores to provide information and support
•    Build good relationships with customers within assigned territory to maximize profits.
•   Grow the business by anticipating customer needs, determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer service.
•    Understand and implement sales plans and price adjustments as directed by management.
•   Communicate feedback collected on new products and through field activities to appropriate company staff. Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely collection of payments.
•   Work with the Area Team Manager or (Assistant) Sales Manager to assist in setting sales goals for the territory.
•   Work with assigned operations and logistics staff to achieve territory sales goals.
•    Submit sales activity reports and other reports as required.
•    Participate in quarterly inventory counts. Perform other related duties as required.
•   Other duties as directed Japanese, Chinese, Korean/English required

<Requirements>

•    English: Business level Japanese/Chinese/Korean: Business level
•   Must be able to drive for the majority of daily work hours to visit customers in assigned area
•   Able to lift 15-25 lbs. Have and maintain a clean driving record
•   High school graduate or equivalent education
