<Job Description>

・Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas as assigned by the manager.
・Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers in assigned territory.
・Prospect for new customers through a variety of methods including networking and cold calling.
・Conducts market research and develops and implements sales strategies for assigned territory.
・Visit customers and potential customers to provide support, information, and sell our products.
・Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely collection of payments.
・Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building trusting relationships.
・Resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate to management as necessary.
・Work with the purchasing department, warehouse, and other stakeholders to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
・Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently and products are properly distributed.
・Coordinate urgent deliveries with customers to meet their needs.
・Explain to customers how products and services will benefit them.
・Enters and updates orders in our database in a timely manner.
・Maintain and safely operate company vehicles in accordance with company vehicle policies.
・Troubleshoot problems and handle complaints regarding products offered.
・Participate in weekly sales meetings.
・Perform other related duties as required.

<Requirements>

・English: Business level
・Mandarin: Business level
・Must be able to drive for the majority of daily work hours to visit customers in assigned area.
・Able to lift 15-25 lbs.
・Have and maintain a clean driving record
・High school diploma or equivalent education
