A Japanese logistics company located in Torrance is recruiting for a Sales Account Executive position..

Candidates with sales experience in the logistics industry will be preferred!

We will also consider candidates without experience who demonstrate a strong willingness to work long-term in the logistics industry.

<Job Summary>

Lead a team and support the Sales Manager in achieving sales/revenue goals. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts with potential clients for quotes and service agreements, and assisting in the launch of new business. You will need to be proactive, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a deep understanding of service and sales processes. Experience in logistics sales or customer service is preferred. Sales targets for the past half-year will be reviewed, and goals for the next half-year and the annual/mid-term will be set and considered. The goal for sales representatives is to continuously expand revenue and profit. You will also support operations to maintain business. Additionally, you must have a high level of motivation and be dedicated to achieving goals.

<Job Responsibilities>

・Collaborate with our company’s sales/marketing and related departments to expand the sales zone in North America (which includes both the United States and Mexico).
・Achieve personal and company sales targets.
・Timely preparation of various sales-related reports and customer visit reports (Sales Reports) requested by management.
・Sales presentations to various prospective clients.
・Sales schedule and travel plan based on marketing strategies.
・Cost estimation and reporting to upper management for new business development.
・Create and submit quotations to clients.
・Update and submit quotations to existing clients.
・Create and submit service contracts for each new business.
・Negotiate service contracts, including terms and conditions.
・Respond to customer inquiries regarding credit terms, services, prices, and inventory.
・Maintain good communication and customer records.
・Research and identify subcontractors for the company to expand business and/or increase revenue.
・Support management in determining pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.
・Act as the primary contact for clients, resolving misunderstandings, conflicts, and operational or billing issues.
・Conduct customer surveys semi-annually and provide feedback to the operations team, upper management, and customers.

<Requirements>

・Bilingual in Japanese and English.
・Preferably have experience in logistics and sales.
・Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer orientation.
・PC skills.

給与Salary $65k-75k(to be determined after the interview based on experience).
