Technical Support Specialist

A large logistics company located in Gardena/Torrance is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work in the IT department of our main office

This is a hybrid work position!

 

<Job Description>

– Handle technical support for customers by phone and email
– Update company website and documentation
– Maintain hardware and network functionality and availability
– Collect relevant data, evaluate options, and recommend courses of action
– Ensure customer trust through information security
– Prepare technical documentation for user training and support
– Provide technical support, training, and consulting to employees.

 

<Requirements>

・Must have a valid U.S. work visa.
・Experience as a Support Engineer, IT Support Technician, or IT Help Desk
・Able to communicate in English
・Preferred: Japanese or Chinese speaking

Working Hours Work 5 days from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, 8 hours a day
Closed on weekends and holidays
Break time: 1 hour
Hybrid work is available.
Salary $50,000-55,000+ Bonus(To be determined after interview depending on experience)
