<Job Description>
Training Period:
-Understand the firm’s value proposition and effectively communicate that message to prospective clients.
-Accompany the CEO to learn about the firm’s services, sales process, business success metrics, and your role.
-Understand the background of our clients.
-Learn current business development tools and understand the critical metrics for success in your role.
-Contact new prospects and build an opportunity pipeline.
-Develop the ability to connect with decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, and social forums.
-Build, manage, and maintain all data and information collected during the sales process using salesforce.com; use Salesforce to track and report on all activities and results; use salesforce.com to track and report on all sales activities and results; use salesforce.com to track and report on all sales activities and results.
-Have in-depth knowledge of solutions, industry trends, and competition.
After the training period:
-Meet all performance goals, including daily activity goals and monthly goal achievement.
-Accurately forecast monthly performance.
<Requirements>
-Proficient in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking), native level
-Sales experience (preferred)
