A large Japanese Logistics company located in Charlotte, North Carolina is looking for a Sales candidate.
<Job Responsibilities>

Manage overall customer accounts

Prepare service quotations and contracts
-
Drive activities to achieve regional sales targets for services sold across all customer segments within the region

Establish an effective environment and systems to increase sales
-
Conduct sales promotions such as presentations to customers and share sales know-how with other staff
-
Manage sales activities and communicate with customers via phone and email
-
Track branch sales forecasts and actual performance, and prepare sales reports accordingly
-
Set sales targets and develop and execute business plans to achieve them
-
Collect market trends and competitive information; analyze trends that impact current and future revenue and profitability growth
-
Share information with the sales department, headquarters, marketing department, and sales operations team
-
Participate in assigned special projects
-
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to understand purchasing cycles and customer needs, and build relationships between customers and suppliers

Ensure orders are processed without issues and carry out related operational tasks
<Qualifications>
-
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
-
2–3 years of sales experience in logistics and/or supply chain
-
2–3 years of customer management experience
-
Proficiency in MS Office software, especially MS Excel
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Presentation skills
-
Customer relationship management skills
-
Team-oriented mindset
-
Valid U.S. work authorization required
