【Position Overview】
・Main Responsibilities
・Sake production support
・Cleaning and maintenance of the brewery
・Other related tasks
In addition to core brewing responsibilities, motivated members will also have opportunities to take on roles such as:
・New product development & concept creation
・Branding and strategy planning
・Social media management & content creation
・Data analysis for quality control
・Sales outreach to restaurants and retailers
・Web advertising creation and management

【Requirements】
・Professional-level proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
・Willingness to follow certain food restrictions due to fermentation sensitivity in sake brewing:
*No natto (starting one month prior to production)
*No strongly fermented foods such as kimchi, yogurt, kombucha, etc. (starting one week prior to production)
