A Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team.
<Job Summary>
Overseeing overall restaurant operations, including shift management, cost calculation, communication with suppliers, employee interactions, inventory control, daily reports, and coordination with the headquarters in Japan.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Customer service
・Coordination with the headquarters in Japan
・Communication with suppliers and business partners
・Shift management and follow-up with employees
・Cost calculation, inventory control, stock checks, and daily report creation
・Other tasks as needed
<Requirements>
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Valid U.S. work authorization
・At least 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or general manager
(Applicants with less than 3 years of experience may be considered if they have relevant R&D or food industry experience)
・Owns a car and is comfortable driving in the LA area
・Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture
・Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service with a smile
・Availability to work on weekends
・Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
・Food Handler Certification
・Spanish language skills are a plus
