Restaurant Trainer / New Restaurant Opening Staff

A major Japanese / Sushi restaurant group is looking for a Restaurant Trainer / New Restaurant Opening Staff.

＜Job Summary>

The Restaurant Trainer/Opening Team Member is responsible for supporting new restaurant team members. As such, you will lead, mentor, coach, and manage new store members and trainees to ensure that they provide an exceptional quest experience and support the company’s expansion plans.

This position requires extensive travel within the US.
You will travel from one new store to another and assist with training and store operations for several weeks to several months, either in the new store or in an existing store.

<Requirements.

Restaurant Manager, 3+ years of restaurant experience
At least 18 years old
Teamwork and leadership skills.
Able to analyze daily operations and guest service needs
Good at time management
Have a passion for staff development and mentoring
Have problem solving skills
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Team player
