A Japanese manufacturing/trading company in Irving, Texas is looking for someone who can work as an inside sales position.
<Job Duties>
• Communicate with customers and vendors getting orders, answering
questions, responding to complaints, resolving problems, issuing quotes, etc.
• Communicate with other staff proceeding with the above activity.
• Enters data into the operation system as needed.
• Completes various reports related to sales, shipping, and raw materials.
• Check customers’ EDI (Electronic Data Interchanges) files and take proper
action from them.
• Ensures that backlog matches customers’ open purchase orders.
• Coordinates month-end activities for the above departments.
• Review sales orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Works closely with other departments to ensure good communication to meet
customer expectations
<Requirements>
・Must have a valid U.S. work visa
・Bilingual in Japanese and English (business level)
・Mathematical skills
・Logical reasoning ability
・Ability to create reports and business documents
・Associate’s degree or two years of college education, or 6 months to 1 year of related work experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
