Sake wholesaler in Los Angeles, CA is looking for someone to work as an Inside Sales Assistant.

<Job Description>

Enter, update, and maintain sales order, invoice, and billing back data in company database.
Monitor inventory and ensure that items ordered are in stock.
Update and maintain customer records in the database.
Update and maintain customer ABC license records for each order entry.
Collect payment by cash, check, or credit card, prepare receipts for customers who call in, and make timely deposits to our bank account.
Ensure timely entry of credit card and ACH transaction information into the portal site to ensure payment collection.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building relationships of trust.
Answer customer questions regarding products, procedures, and payments.
Resolve shipping issues.
Update and prepare all sales literature.
Report any inventory or service issues immediately to your Account Manager.
Work with sales staff to monitor validated orders and ensure that orders are are completed on time.
Take minutes of meetings and distribute them to the team.
Prepare sales and marketing materials.
Participate in company events and functions outside of normal working hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Business level of Japanese/English
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred)
2 years of experience in food or alcohol related sales.
Two or more years of sales or customer service experience
Must be able to work in the U.S.
