A large-scale Japanese restaurant scheduled to open in late August in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a sushi chef.

The restaurant will also offer omakase, with dinner priced at $240 and served in two seatings (6:00 PM and 8:30 PM).

<Requirements>
・Sushi chefs with experience in omakase and at least 3 years of overall Japanese cuisine experience (such as robata, grill, or other kitchen roles)
(Entry-level candidates who are recent culinary school graduates and eager to learn are also welcome)
・Must be able to understand and follow the guidelines of U.S. sanitation laws and regulations.
