You will be working in an upscale, casual American sushi restaurant.
The menu is unique, modern, Americanized sushi.

Prepare, present, and inspect all menu items in a timely manner to ensure quality levels, portion control, and plate presentation are consistently adhered to.
Sushi chef training/mentoring/skill sharing
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment in a restaurant serving modern Japanese cuisine.
Ensure food safety procedures are followed in accordance with policy and health/sanitation regulations.
Maintain prompt and accurate service, good guest relations, and ensure products meet quality standards.
U.S. work visa
At least 2 years of experience as a sushi chef with experience in all sushi preparation including sushi, sashimi, and maki
Must possess excellent knife skills and be able to create a clean, visual presentation of food with a sense of artistic balance.
Knowledge of all sushi related products and menu development.
Must be able to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner in an open kitchen environment.
