A leading Japanese logistics company located near the airport in Seattle, Washington is seeking a Customer Support professional for its international moving business.

Manage client relationships

Collaborate with headquarters and related departments

Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person meetings

Respond to customer inquiries and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
<Requirements>

Bilingual in Japanese and English

At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)

Knowledge or experience in logistics preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Ability to build customer relationships and work effectively in a team environment

Must possess valid U.S. work authorization
