A major Japanese logistics company in Itasca, Illinois is looking for an Assistant Manager in the Freight Forwarding department.

<Job Description>
Arrangement of transportation and customs clearance for import/export of ocean and air cargo.
Warehousing operations (directing shipments to and from partner warehouses)
Negotiate with shipping companies, trucking companies, and warehouse operators, and prepare quotations for customers.
Providing guidance to subordinates and troubleshooting problems.
Sales to new and existing customers (and assistance), etc.
＜Required>
Bilingual in English and Japanese
At least 5 years of experience in operation in a logistics company.
Long term experience in logistics company.
Must have status to work in the U.S.
