<Job Summary>
The Director of Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization. <Job Duties>
・Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
・Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
・Lead senior leadership teams in identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
・Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize resources.
・Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
・Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in operations management.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
・Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for enhancement.
