Admin/Operation/Customer support | Major Japanese Logistic Company

A major Japanese logistics company located in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking  an Administrative / Operations / Customer Support staff member.

Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

<Position Overview>
This role primarily involves export operations for Small Parcel shipments (e.g., courier/parcel services) as well as general office administrative duties.

Work Allocation:

  • 50% Operations
  • 30% Administrative
  • 20% Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging export shipments and preparing related documentation
  • Data entry and management of shipment information
  • Tracking delivery status and coordinating with relevant parties
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Preparing documents and performing general administrative tasks such as filing
  • Providing overall office support as needed

 

 

<Qualifications>

  • Valid work authorization in the United States
  • Basic PC skills, including email and simple system operation
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Professional-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
