Sushi chef

Sushi restaurant in Cresskill, New Jersey is looking for a part time sushi chef.

<Job Description>

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests and co-workers
Create sushi and other dishes during business hours (nigiri/sashimi/rolls/omakase)
Preparation of food prior to opening
Manage food prep activities, etc.

<Requirements>

Must be able to speak Japanese
At least 3 years of experience as a sushi chef (5 years or more preferred)
If you do not speak Japanese but have good technique, it is preferred.
