<Job Description>
- Provide a high level of customer service according to company standards for eyeglass selection, ordering, fitting, and post-purchase inquiries. Facilitate a team and assist various management positions as needed. Analyze customer support data and drive improvements to the support system.
- Provide recommendations for lenses, coatings, and frames in response to online or telephone inquiries.
- Assist customers in selecting, ordering, fitting, and adjusting eyewear based on their prescription and vision needs.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints regarding online or telephone sales, support, payments, and returns.
- Maintain inventory for support, payments, and returns.
- Respond promptly and professionally at all times.
- Build teamwork.
- Participate in staff meetings and training to provide top-notch customer service in line with company goals.
- Staying current on industry trends and incorporating them into the business to provide top-notch customer service in line with company goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing.
<Qualifications>
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Legal status to work in the U.S.
- At least 24 months’ experience in the eyeglass industry
- Basic Microsoft Excel and math skills
- Flexible schedule.
- ABO certification preferred
