<Job Summary>
This will be an outside sales position to grow sales in the Eastern US area.
You will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers and follow up with leads to generate new new business opportunities.
You will identify market marketing, develop market research and plans for sales growth, and monitor industry trends.

Prepare daily sales activity reports and submit and report to the management team.
Work with the management team to improve marketing materials.
Use marketing materials, make presentations, and conduct marketing activities.
Participate in trade shows and communicate with new and existing customers.
Update customer information in the company’s customer database and review and report on sales progress.
Understand industry trends for company growth.
Demonstrate products on site and in showrooms.
Deliver products to customer locations when needed
Provide product training
Provide aftercare services, including technical support
Plan and organize daily work schedules
Plan business travel
Research existing and new customers to enhance sales
Refer to and complete price lists and product brochures
Submit reports of activity results
Submit activity and results reports such as daily reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analysis, and share information with management team
Monitor competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, product delivery time
Solve customer problems by researching issues: develop solutions, prepare reports and recommendations to management team
Contact manufacturing technicians and maintain professional and technical knowledge to repair products.
<Requirements>
Must be able to travel within the U.S. and internationally; 50% travel required.
Business level English, conversational level Japanese
Two or more years of food or alcohol sales experience
2+ years of sales or customer service experience
Must have work status to work in the U.S.
Must have or plan to obtain a U.S. driver’s license
