A major Japanese Major Edu-Tech Company based in Torrance, California is currently looking to hire a motivated Curriculum Content Producer.
This position is with a Japan-based software development company with offices in Japan, the U.S., and Canada.
The company specializes in educational devices for children (Early Child) and offers its products to schools and families with young learners.
＜Job Description＞
This role is responsible for planning, developing, and directing tablet-based educational content for the U.S. market. You will work on our home learning service, which is planned, developed, and delivered by our company.
・Analyze common learning challenges faced by students in grades K–5 and design curricula based on these insights
・Create engaging learning experiences that leverage digital technology, enabling students to enjoy learning while improving their academic skills
・Manage content production in collaboration with the development team in Japan
＜Requirements＞
・Teaching experience in a U.S. local school (Grades K–12)
Hands-on experience observing students’ learning challenges and motivation in the classroom is highly valued
・Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
One language must be fluent, and the other at business level or above
・Passion for translating educational expertise into innovative digital learning materials
・Ability to challenge the notion that “studying is painful” by developing creative ideas that inspire children to actively engage with tablet-based learning
