A major Japanese logistics company located in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a candidate to work as Import Operation.

<Job Description>

・Handle full-cycle import operations (A to Z)

・Prepare customs clearance documents and process entries

・Provide customer service (respond to inquiries, coordinate delivery schedules, resolve issues, etc.)

・Coordinate with carriers (ocean and air freight companies)

・Prepare invoices and manage related documentation

・Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external parties

<Qualifications>

・Practical experience in import operations with the ability to manage the full A-to-Z process
Not limited to partial experience such as customs clearance only or customer service only; comprehensive import experience required

・Hands-on experience as an Entry Writer

・Experience in customer service (Import Customer Service experience preferred)

・Strong sense of responsibility and a customer-focused mindset

・Team-oriented with strong communication skills

・Bilingual in Japanese and English
