A major Japanese logistics company located in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking an Administrative / Operations / Customer Support staff member.

<Position Overview>
This role primarily involves export operations for Small Parcel shipments (e.g., courier/parcel services) as well as general office administrative duties.
Work Allocation:
- 50% Operations
- 30% Administrative
- 20% Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Arranging export shipments and preparing related documentation
- Data entry and management of shipment information
- Tracking delivery status and coordinating with relevant parties
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Preparing documents and performing general administrative tasks such as filing
- Providing overall office support as needed
<Qualifications>
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic PC skills, including email and simple system operation
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Professional-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
