An upscale Italian-French restaurant located in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Sous Chef to play a key role in kitchen operations.
E-visa support available: only for candidates with experience in either Italian or French cuisine.
<Responsibilities>
As a central member of the kitchen, you will be responsible for cooking and quality control.
・Preparation, cooking, plating, Menu quality control ,Ingredient management and ordering, Stabilization of kitchen operations,Training and supervision of sous chefs and kitchen staff, All general chef-related duties.
<Requirements>
Must have legal work authorization in the United States
Must hold a culinary license(Japanese culinary license)
Cooking experience in either Italian or French cuisine
Work experience in the Japanese food and beverage industry
Ability to work carefully and responsibly
Bilingual in Japanese and English (English at a daily conversation level is sufficient)

<Preferred Qualifications>
Ability to focus primarily on Italian cooking while having experience in French cuisine
Experience working in upscale restaurants or calm, refined dining establishments
