A Japanese Logistic Company located in Torrance, California is seeking a Customer Support / Senior Coordinator.
<Position Summary>
This role is responsible for customer support and coordination related to import and export operations. Duties include preparing and managing import/export documentation, handling paperwork and coordination related to transloading, and supporting smooth operational workflows. The position also involves responding to customer inquiries, tracking order and shipment progress, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable service across multiple functions.
<Requirements>

English proficiency required; Japanese language skills are a plus but not required

Hands-on experience in import/export operations

Experience handling documentation related to logistics and transloading

Experience supporting or leading a team under a supervisor, or strong coordination and leadership capabilities

Customer-facing experience such as customer support or account coordination

Strong communication skills to work effectively with Sales Managers and support customer relationships

High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail

Legal authorization to work in the United States
