aiTWorks, the operator of this website, is currently seeking Recruiters (Sales-focused role) for its Human Resources Agency division (HRAIT).
Both experienced professionals in the staffing industry and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

<Key Responsibilities>

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients (hearing hiring needs, creating job postings, providing recruitment consulting to achieve successful hires)

• Sales activities to acquire new clients (email outreach, cold calls)

• Conduct interviews with job seekers

• Research tasks

• Create and upload job postings

• Support candidates with job changes and employment placement

• Data entry

• Report progress toward budget targets through weekly and monthly reports

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

<Requirements>

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English

• Strong PC skills (proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace)

• Practical experience in sales, customer service, or other communication-focused roles

• Office work experience

• Experience in the staffing / HR industry preferred
