A dental office located in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Dental Assistant. This position requires the ability to work efficiently while also providing warm and comfortable care to a wide variety of patients. It is well suited for someone who is bright, energetic, and enjoys working with people.No prior experience is required, as thorough training will be provided from the ground up.
＜Job Duties＞
- Perform general dental assistant duties during patient treatment
- Assist the dentist chair side during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms prior to appointments
- Clean and reset rooms after procedures for the next patient
- Sterilize dental instruments and strictly follow infection control protocols
- Prepare dental materials and instruments as needed
- Support smooth patient flow and overall clinic operations
- Provide courteous and professional patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff in Japanese and basic English
- As needed, speak with patients over the phone
＜Qualifications ＞
- Previous experience as a dental assistant is not required
- Applicants with no experience are welcome to apply
- Dental assistant experience is a plus
- Fluency in Japanese required
- Basic conversational English required
- Positive, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
