A leading Japanese logistics company located Gardena, California is seeking a Customer Support for its international moving business.

Pick and pack shipments, check pallets, and assist with inventory management

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Identify customer needs and implement the most suitable proposals
-
Communicate with customers through various channels
-
Work with management to stay updated on services and operational procedures
-
Communicate and coordinate with other related departments as necessary
-
Support overall logistics operations and ensure customer satisfaction
-
Communicate with 3PL truckers and dispatch delivery trucks
-
Learn company procedures and provide support across departments as needed
-
Provide clear instructions to warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations
-
Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to identify and implement improvements
-
Work with the Japan team to enhance existing systems and workflows
-
Perform other logistics-related tasks, including double-checking packed pallets and inventory verification
<Requirements>
-
Bilingual in Japanese and English
-
At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)

Knowledge or experience in logistics is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
-
Ability to prioritize customer relations and teamwork

Must hold a valid U.S. work visa
