We are seeking candidates to join a Japanese building materials manufacturer in Texas in a sales position.
＜Job Summary＞
・Conduct sales activities for flooring products (such as vinyl tiles and carpets) to commercial facilities, educational institutions, and medical facilities
・Propose and promote products to acquire new clients
・Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, confirm specifications, and coordinate delivery schedules and pricing
・Prepare quotations and proposals, and manage orders
・Collaborate with other branches and departments (logistics, technical, etc.)
・Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products
＜Requirements＞
・Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
・Sales experience in the building materials or furniture/interior industry (B2B experience preferred)
・Able to work independently and proactively plan and execute sales activities
・Skilled at building and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients
・Strong communication skills (both internal and external)
・Valid driver’s license (for client visits)
