<Job Description>
Floor Manager Duties:
・Order and manage inventory of non-perishable products such as groceries, beverages, and daily necessities
・Merchandise display and quality control
・Labor management of cashiers, stockers, and other staff
・Customer service and overall floor operations management
Fresh Food Manager Duties:
・Order, inventory, and quality control for three fresh food departments (meat, seafood, produce)
・Management of production and sales of bento, prepared foods, and sushi
・Labor management of frontline employees
・Customer service and overall floor operations management
<Requirements>
・Bilingual in Japanese and English (English: conversational level or above; Japanese: conversational level)
・Valid work authorization to work in the U.S.
・Strong customer service and communication skills
・Team player who can collaborate well with others
・Able to work quickly and flexibly in a fast-paced environment
