We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Assistant at a food trading company located in Baldwin Park, California.
Job Responsibilities
Order Processing Duties:
・Receive and process customer orders with accuracy and timeliness
・Communicate with customers regarding order details, pricing, shipping dates, delays, and any issues
・Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment
・Create work orders, issue invoices, and manage follow-ups (including customer-specific requirements)
・Provide additional administrative support as needed
Shipping Duties:
・Verify and manage shipping documents (e.g., BOLs)
・Arrange truck pickups and deliveries as needed, and obtain quotations from designated brokers
Requirements
・Bilingual in English and Japanese
・Valid U.S. work authorization
・Previous inside sales experience preferred
