Administrative Staff|Major Japanese Car Dealer

A Japanese-major automotive sales company based in Torrance, California is seeking an Administrative Staff.

This position offers a hybrid work style. During the probationary period, attendance at the office is required 3 to 4 times per week.
After official hiring, a minimum of 2 days per week in the office is expected.

 

<Job Overview>
You will be responsible for a wide range of back-office operations, including accounting, general affairs, and human resources.
Your duties will include daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks, managing office supplies, preparing internal documents, supporting HR-related work such as attendance management and administrative procedures, and other general administrative tasks that support the overall operation of the company.

<Requirements>

  • Bilingual in Japanese and English

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Relevant work experience required

  • Must be able to commute to Torrance, as the position requires in-office attendance despite being a hybrid role
