Arrival Greeter |Major Japanese Travel Company

As an arrival greeter, you will provide information to customers from Japan at a travel agency lounge in Waikiki. You will support customers using trolleys and airport shuttles and provide friendly and courteous customer service.

<Job Summary>

Customer support and destination guidance when boarding and disembarking trolleys (in Japanese)

Guiding customers from Honolulu Airport to the Waikiki lounge
・Simple PC operation required
・English proficiency: Daily conversation level acceptable

 

<Requirements>
・Ability to provide cheerful and polite guidance in Japanese
・Standing for 5 to 6 hours and ・Able to work at least 3 days a week including weekends and holidays (work days negotiable)
・English ability: daily conversation level (simple guidance in English is acceptable)
