A Japanese restaurant in Norwalk, California, is looking for a startup team member.
They are preparing for a renewal in March, and this position will be in an environment similar to a new restaurant opening. They welcome individuals who are excited to build the restaurant together with them.
<Job Overview>
You will primarily work as a cashier. During downtime when there are no customers or when other employees are covering the cashier position due to shift adjustments, you will be responsible for tasks such as inventory checks, ordering supplies, shopping, shift management, payroll processing, training for cashiers and kitchen staff, and general business support.
<Requirements>
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (OPT accepted)
Bilingual in English and Japanese
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Restaurant experience preferred
No experience required; open to applicants with no prior experience
