HRAIT/aiTWorks, a Japanese IT and Recruiting company, is looking for a CEO Assistant (Secretary) position currently.
We are looking for someone who can commute to Torrance and Beverly Hills according to the CEO’s schedule. This role requires flexibility, as you will primarily work in alignment with the CEO’s plans.
Attention to detail and consideration as a secretary are highly valued. The CEO’s secretary is not just an assistant but a key right-hand figure to the executive team, playing a crucial role in the overall efficiency and success of the company. Beyond skills, the ability to build trust and strong interpersonal relationships is essential.

・CEO Assistant Duties
・Customer Support
・Participation in Client Meetings
・Support for Human Resource Business
・Various Business Correspondence (Coordination with Lawyers and Accountants, etc.)
・Document Preparation
・Application Processing
・Letter Handling / Research Tasks / Data Entry
・Handling Phone Calls with Clients and Attending Meetings
<Requirements>
・Japanese language proficiency required
・Business-level English
・Basic computer skills
・Experience in translation, interpretation, or customer service preferred
・Must be able to commute to Torrance and Beverly Hills (according to the CEO’s schedule)
