An apparel and fashion brand located in Waikiki, Hawaii is looking for individuals who can excel in the position of Sales Stylist.
<Job Description>
Sales Requirements
・Achieve sales and meet targets
・Build strong customer relationships, maintain a client book, and expand the customer base within the department
・Provide excellent customer service at all times
・Sell in all departments
Product Knowledge
・Develop deep knowledge and passion for designers and collections across all departments
・Participate in seasonal and occasional product/styling knowledge meetings organized by the Lead Sales Stylist
Floor Maintenance
・Keep the floor freshly stocked
・Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to execute floor moves and merchandise placement
・Maintain cleanliness within the department and ensure safety for customers
・Complete daily cleaning checklists and maintain all floor standards
Loss Prevention
・Actively monitor customers and merchandise to minimize loss prevention
・Assist in inventory count semi-annually
・Perform other tasks as instructed
<Requirements>
・Positive attitude: Must act with kindness, enthusiasm, and optimism
・Knowledge of the store and California culture
・Minimum of 2 years of related retail experience with excellent references
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills
・Open availability for flexible work hours
