Restaurant Manager | Major Restaurant Group Company

A major restaurant group in Los Angeles, California is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the team.

This is a renowned publicly traded company with Michelin-star recognition, offering fresh ingredients and high-quality service.

The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to support restaurant operations and perform a variety of tasks to ensure efficient and effective service.

<Job Description>

1.Staff Management
・Create and manage staff schedules
・Train and develop staff
・Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
・Optimize staff placement
2.Customer Service
・Handle customer complaints and inquiries
・Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
・Coordinate special requests and events
3.Operations Management
・Support daily store operations
・Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
・Manage and order inventory of supplies and ingredients
4.Sales Management
・Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
・Set and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
・Manage cash flow
5.Cost Control
・Monitor costs for ingredients and supplies
・Implement efficient inventory management to minimize waste
・Develop and monitor budgets
6.Marketing and Promotions
・Plan and execute promotions and campaigns
・Drive customer engagement through social media and advertising
・Build relationships with the local community
7.Safety and Compliance
・Ensure compliance with labor laws and hygiene standards
・Implement and monitor safety measures
・Prepare for risk management and emergency responses
8.Report Preparation
・Provide performance reports to management or headquarters
・Collect and analyze various data
・Draft and execute improvement proposals
9.Collaborative Store Operations
・Work with staff to ensure smooth daily operations

 

<Requirements>

・Proficiency in both Japanese and English
・Strong sense of hospitality
・At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in a restaurant or hotel setting

Working Hours Monday – Sunday, 5 days a week 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
・Approximately 40-50 hours per week
・Break time: 1 hour
・Working hours may be subject to change
Salary $5000 / Monthly + Bonus(DOE)
