A Japanese language school in Lomita, California is looking for a part-time PE school teacher. They are the only full time Japanese school on the west coast of the United States accredited by the Ministry of Education.
<Job Description>
- Primarily conduct physical education classes
- Target student age group: 1st grade elementary to middle school students
※ There are four classes consisting of the following groupings:
① 1st and 2nd grade elementary
② 3rd and 4th grade elementary
③ 5th and 6th grade elementary
④ Middle school students
<Requirements>
- Someone who enjoys working with children
- Teaching license not required for application
- Applicants with a teaching license will be given preference
- Experience as a sports coach or in teaching sports to groups is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
