The company specializes in the production and sale of electromagnetic actuators (solenoids), which are used in products such as financial (ATM) systems, ophthalmic equipment, and security cameras. Although the products are manufactured in Japan, the clients are U.S. companies, so native-level English proficiency is required. Comprehensive training is provided, so even those without prior experience are welcome. The work environment is supportive and friendly. This position is with a company headquartered in Japan with over 80 years of history.
＜Job Overview＞
・Preparation of quotations, purchase orders, and invoices, as well as inputting orders into accounting software
・Coordination of delivery schedules with clients and general delivery operations
・English translation of various contracts and product specifications, improvement of the website, client progress management, and general administrative support for employees and business travelers
*Negotiations and interpretation via web meetings are required, but no business trips are involved

・Must have a visa that allows employment in the U.S.
・Must be able to commute to the Torrance office
・Quickbook experience is prefered
・Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience
・Product knowledge will be provided through training during free time, so candidates must be willing to learn alongside their duties
