- Maintain distributor accounts by responding to inquiries via email and phone
- Conduct market research, create reports, and investigate new applications and industry standards
- Prepare quotations and process orders
- Support shipping preparations
- Create reports on marketing activities
- Attend monthly sales meetings
- Learn product specifications and applications
- Participate in exhibitions and engage in sales activities
- Research publications and exhibitions
- Perform other tasks as required
＜Requirements＞
- Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Knowledge of scientific instruments is essential, as many distributors and resellers handle scientific equipment
- Professional-level English and conversational Japanese
- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm
- 2-3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Science background preferred
- Preferred but not required: Experience or knowledge in food science, agriculture, food manufacturing, beverage industry, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or clinical fields
