<Job Description>
- Store management (labor management, foodstuff management)
- Store PL management (sales, labor cost, cost of goods sold, SG&A expenses, profit)
- Planning and execution of sales measures
- Store operations
Start your career as a GM candidate, eventually, you will be asked to manage stores as a General Manager. You will also be responsible for managing existing stores and preparing for the opening of new stores.
<Requirements>
- At least 3 years of restaurant experience
- Management experience
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
