＜Job Description＞
-Commercial real estate contracts and business sales
-Marketing Assistant
-Acquire new clients and build and maintain relationships with existing clients
-Prepare contract documents, negotiate, and manage the closing process
-Work with team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
<Requirements＞
-California Real Estate Broker’s License or Salesperson’s License.
-Experience in the real estate industry preferred
-Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently to achieve goals.
-Strong communication skills and tenacious sales strategy.
