aiTWorks, the company that operates this site, is looking for recruiters who can come to our Torrance office for our recruitment agency division (HRAIT) due to business expansion.
<Requirements>
- Professional level English + Japanese
- Sales experience (or recruiting experience) required
- Must be able to come to Torrance office every day.
<Main Responsibilities>
- Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients (interviewing job needs, creating job offers, consulting on how to achieve recruitment, etc.)
- Sales activities to acquire new clients
- Interviews with job seekers
- Research
- Job creation and uploading of job offers
- Supporting candidates in their career change and job search
- Data entry
- Reporting progress toward meeting budget targets in weekly/monthly reports
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
