<Job Description>
- Support the vision and direction of the partners
- Knowledgeable in tax, compliance, and consulting
- Strategically lead engagements
- Provide accurate and high quality services to clients
- Monitor quantitative and qualitative results
- Build client relationships, demonstrate knowledge of the client’s business, provide advice, and be a trusted advisor
- Focus on client relationships and long-term value rather than new transactions
- Demonstrate ability to “work smarter” by utilizing technology and other methods
- Other general duties as directed
<Requirements>
- At least 3 years of tax experience
- International tax experience preferred
- CPA preferred
- Business level Japanese or higher
- Must be able to work in the U.S.
