An upscale sushi restaurant in New York, NY is seeking a Sushi Chef.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests and co-workers
Prepare all types of sushi and Japanese food, including making sushi and sashimi
Select fresh ingredients and prepare high quality food
Manage food prep activities
At least 3 years of experience as a sushi chef
No tattoos up to the fingers
No relocation support
No E visa support.
Japanese only, Japanese is preferred, but not required.
Japanese language ability is preferred but not required.
