The mission of the Sales Associate is to establish, maintain, and develop business, social, and civic relationships with customers. This position requires a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to achieve short-term and long-term sales goals by maintaining existing customers in the assigned area.

**Job Responsibilities:**

• Visit customer and potential customer facilities to provide information and support as needed to acquire and maintain business.
• Establish, maintain, and develop business, social, and civic relationships with customers in the assigned area to maximize profitability.
• Responsible for selling products to all customers in the assigned area.
• Grow business by anticipating customer needs, determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing a high level of customer service.
• Understand and execute the sales plan and price adjustments based on management’s instructions.
• Communicate plans to customers and effectively manage resources to support sales volume.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, information, or feedback gathering through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Cooperate with the accounting department to ensure the collection of accounts receivable.
• Assist in establishing sales objectives for the territory in cooperation with (Deputy) Area Team Managers or (Assistant) Sales Managers.
• Cooperate with assigned Operation and Logistics staff to achieve territory sales goals.
• Provide timely reporting of activities in the field to assist in business and product planning.
• Submit sales activity reports and other required reports.
• Participate in quarterly inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Chinese / English required

**Requirements:**

* U.S. work visa required (Green Card or U.S. citizenship)

**Education/Experience/Training:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of sales experience in the Asian food industry preferred
• Familiarity with food products and services
• Basic computer skills (including experience with word processing software)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
