If you have experience as a restaurant manager, you can make use of your skills, and even if you have no experience as a restaurant manager, you can gain experience at our restaurants and spread your wings as a restaurant manager or store manager.
<Job Description>
・Quality control and sanitation control
・Scheduling, hiring, and training of staff.
・Communicate with customers and staff to build the store.
・Manage the store as a store manager and conduct store operations.
<Requirements>
・At least 4 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
・English proficiency at a daily conversational level.
・Visa support available (with conditions)
・Able to work in San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley area, New York area, Los Angeles area, Texas area, etc. regardless of location.
・Serious and responsible person.
・Experience in handling ramen, udon, shabu-shabu and soba.
・Experience in Ramen, Udon, and Soba noodle restaurant business
・Experience in shabu-shabu, izakaya, and Japanese food business
・Possession of cooking license and food hygiene certification
・University education, graduation in economics
・Graduation from a culinary school
・Ramen noodle certification, noodle sommelier
・Ramen noodle making technician, etc. qualifications
・Sake taster and sommelier
・Confectionery sanitizer
