Restaurant Manager

<Job Description>

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant,

as well as providing leadership and guidance to our team to ensure an outstanding service to our customers.

The ultimate goal is to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and increase our brand loyalty.

<Key Responsibilities>

– Plan, organize, and supervise the daily operations of the restaurant.

– Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, and provide performance feedback as needed.

– Propose and implement new strategies to improve restaurant service.

– Ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and respond appropriately when necessary.

– Manage sales, inventory, labor costs, and other business aspects to maximize profits.

– Maintain sanitary conditions and ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations.

<Qualifications & Experience>

– Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory;

comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

– Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

– A passion for customer service and excellent communication abilities.

– A solid understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

– Strong business acumen and judgment.

<Compensation>

The annual salary for this position will be between $60k to $70k, depending on skills and abilities.
